Terms & Policy

Booking Us

Booking with us, we only cover the shifts you selected. You must be 3hrs in advance to schedule a shift with us. We do not cover the after hours upon our agreement. If our staff is relieved after an hour from their assigned shift, you’ll be penalized doubled.

Online bookings are not guaranteed. Any online payments made while that day is overbooked will be automatically refunded.

Payment & Balances

Payments must be made or negotiated before our staff comes to your request. We will not send our staff if there’s any unpaid balances. Unpaid balances will lead to suspension or denial of our services.

Services

We require a signature from your representative before starting shifts. If denial of signature, we’ll relieve ourselves from your shift request and you’ll be penalized 30% of your total. 70% will be refunded if you paid online. 

Our staff must be provided a safe environment to work as stated under law. If there are safety concerns, our staff will discontinue services immediately. No refund will be given if the work environment is  deemed unsafe. If you presume safety precautions are false, valid evidence of surveillance must be presented.

If our staff is nowhere present in property and has been missing from their station for 30mins without any excuses, video evidence of the surveillance must be presented to receive refundable compensation.

Cancellation

Cancellation is 3hrs in advance prior to booking. Cancellation after the deadline will be penalized prior to the booking.

Guest Refunds

We are not responsible for any refunds as we’re reliable for our actions. If your guest is unsatisfied from your properties actions and demands a refund, we have them come to your management the next day. Anything upon our services, we’re accountable and compensate for our actions. Witnesses are not eligible for our accountability.

Theft & Assaults

Any theft and assaults from our staff, we need video evidence of surveillance of the incident must be presented for our accountable actions.

Travel

Maximum traveling from our locations are an hour radius. We require room and board for severe weather conditions. Property location requires a mandatory toll must pay a travel fee upfront before traveling to your property.

Travel fees are non-refundable, unless we cannot guarantee staff upon your online booking.
